The PHOENIX project is proud to announce the publication of a new research article titled “Ultra-high Endurance Silicon Photonic Memory Using Vanadium Dioxide” in npj Nanophotonics. Authored by Juan José Seoane, Jorge Parra, Juan Navarro-Arenas, María Recaman, Koen Schouteden, Jean Pierre Locquet, and Pablo Sanchis, this research introduces a VO₂-based photonic memory with record endurance of up to 10^7 cycles.
